Videotron to price $175 million 10-year notes on Friday

St. Louis, Sept. 8 - Videotron Ltee. plans to price a $175 million offering of 10-year senior notes (existing Ba3/confirmed B+) in a quick-to-market Friday transaction, according to an informed source.

No price talk had been heard as Prospect News went to press on Thursday night.

Banc of America Securities LLC and Citigroup are joint bookrunners for the Rule 144A with registration rights offering.

Proceeds will be used to repay outstanding bank debt and pay a dividend to parent QMI.

The prospective issuer is a Montreal-based Canadian cable operator.
