Videotron $325 million 11-year notes talked at 7%- 7¼%

St. Louis, Sept. 30 - Price talk is 7%- 7¼% on Videotron Ltee.'s upcoming sale of $325 million senior notes due January 15 2014 (Ba3), according to a syndicate source.

The deal is expected to price Wednesday afternoon or early on Thursday, the source added.

Banc of America Securities and Citigroup are joint bookrunners on the Rule 144A deal. RBC, Scotia Capital, TD Securities, Harris Nesbitt, Credit Suisse First Boston, CIBC World Markets and NBF Securities are co-managers.

The notes will be non-callable for six years.

The Montreal-based cable television operator will use proceeds to refinance bank debt.
