Vicorp motion seeking to dismiss Chapter 11 bankruptcy case adjourned

Charlotte, N.C., Dec. 23 - Vicorp Restaurants, Inc.'s motion seeking dismissal of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy case was adjourned to Jan. 22, according to a Wednesday filing with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The company was authorized to distribute remaining assets to holders of allowed claims.

Also on Jan. 22, the court will hold a hearing on all interim and final compensation applications of professionals, the filing said.

Vicorp, a Denver-based restaurant operator, filed for bankruptcy on April 3, 2008. Its Chapter 11 case number is 08-10623.
