Moody's: Viasystems view stable

Moody's Investors Service said it revised the outlook of Viasystems, Inc. to stable from positive.

Moody's also affirmed Viasystems' B2 corporate family rating and upgraded its senior secured notes to B1 from B2.

Moody's said the change in the outlook reflects its view that credit metrics will not meet previous expectations, largely due to poor demand and lost revenue related to the early September fire at its Guangzhou facility.
