Viasystems redeems all 10½% senior subordinated notes due 2011

New York, Jan. 20 - Viasystems, Inc. redeemed all of its 10½% senior subordinated notes due 2011 on Friday, according to an 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The company said that an amount equal to the redemption price of $105.9 million plus accrued interest of roughly $5.5 million was deposited with the Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA as the paying agent.

The Bank of New York was the trustee.

Viasystems is a St. Louis-based provider of complex multi-layer PCBs and electro-mechanical services.
