Argentina's Servicios Financieros seeks OK to issue class 3, 4 notes

Pittsburgh, Jan. 20 - Banco de Servicios Financieros SA will hold a shareholder meeting on Jan. 25 to consider the issuance of class 3 and class 4 notes under its ARS 300 million global notes program, according to a news release.

Specifically, the shareholders will consider an ARS 30 million class 3 fixed-rate notes issuance and a class 4 variable-rate notes issuance in the amount of ARS 100 million minus the value of the fixed-rate notes issued.

Banco de Servicios Financieros is a Martinez, Argentina-based bank.
