Argentina's Servicios Financieros to sell Ps. 50 million class 2 notes

Pittsburgh, July 13 - Banco de Servicios Financieros SA will issue Ps. 50 million of class 2 variable-rate 21-month notes under its $300 million global notes program at par, according to a news release.

The class 2 issuance amount can be increased to up to Ps. 75 million.

The notes will accrue interest at Badlar, plus a margin to be determined.

The minimum subscription amount will be Ps. 400,000, and the notes will be sold in increments of Ps. 1 thereafter.

Moody's Latin America Calificadora de Riesgo SA has rated the notes Aa1.ar, and Fitch Argentina Calificadora de Riesgo SA rated them AA(arg).

The agents are Banco Santander Rio SA and BBVA Banco Frances SA.

The issuer is a Buenos Aires-based bank.
