Vestel Electronics price guidance 190 basis points over Turkish global

St. Louis, Mo., May 1 - Vestel Electronics Financing, Ltd.'s $150-$200 million of senior notes due 2007 (Ba3/B-/B) have price guidance of 190 basis points over Turkey's global bond due 2007, according to a market source. The deal is expected to price Thursday.

ABN Amro is running the Rule 144A deal.

The company is a television and monitor manufacturer based near Izmir, Turkey.
