Vertis starts roadshow for $250 million seven-year notes

St. Louis, Mo., June 5 - Vertis, Inc. started the roadshow Wednesday for an offering of $250 million senior notes due 2009, according to a syndicate source.

The roadshow wraps up on June 13.

Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and JP Morgan are joint bookrunners. Banc of America Securities and Fleet Securities are co-managers.

The Rule 144A notes are non-callable for four years.

The Baltimore, Md.-based provider of integrated marketing services will use proceeds to repay bank debt.
