New Issue: Vermont Municipal Bond Bank sells $54.85 million of bonds through Citi

New York, July 10 - The Vermont Municipal Bond Bank sold $54.85 million of series 2013-1 bonds, according to a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA+/) were sold through Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The bonds are due 2014 to 2033 with term bonds due in 2038 and 2043. The serial coupons range from 2% to 5%. The 2038 bonds have a 4.4% coupon priced at 98.492 and the 2043 bonds have a 4.5% coupon priced at 98.367.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing bond bank debt.
