Vermont Municipal Bond Bank set to sell $90.44 million bonds in July

New York, July 2 - The Vermont Municipal Bond Bank plans to price $90.44 million in series 2009 bonds and refunding bonds, according to a preliminary official statement.

The deal includes $64.75 million in series 2009-1 bonds and $25.69 million in series 2009-2 refunding bonds.

The bonds are expected to price in July through senior manager Citigroup Global Markets Inc.

The 2009-1 bonds are due 2010 to 2029 with term bonds due 2034 and 2039. The 2009-2 bonds are due 2010 to 2028.

Proceeds will be used to refinance existing debt.
