Moody's assigns Aa2/VMIG1 to Norwich University bonds

Moody's Investors Service said it assigned a rating of Aa2/VMIG1 to the $78.2 million series 2008 Vermont Educational and Health Buildings Financing Agency variable-rate revenue bonds issued for Norwich University.

The sale date was June 18.

The rating is based on the letter of credit provided by RBS Citizens, NA, which Moody's rates Aa2 for its long-term obligations and P-1 for its short-term obligations.
