Verizon to redeem in full select InterNotes due 2022-2029

New York, July 15 – Verizon Communications Inc. will redeem 30 series of InterNotes on Aug. 15, according to a press release.

The following notes are being redeemed in full:

• $30,338,000 of 2.6% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2022;

• $11,289,000 of 3.1% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2024;

• $10.51 million of 3.05% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2024;

• $7,058,000 of 3% Verizon InterNotes due Nov. 15, 2024;

• $2,088,000 of 3.5% Verizon InterNotes due March 15, 2025;

• $2,229,000 of 3.65% Verizon InterNotes due March 15, 2025;

• $19,154,000 of 3.65% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2027;

• $4,221,000 of 3.4% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2027;

• $8,226,000 of 3.5% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2027;

• $6,213,000 of 3.6% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2027;

• $3,306,000 of 3.4% Verizon InterNotes due Sept. 15, 2027;

• $6,354,000 of 3.4% Verizon InterNotes due Nov. 15, 2027;

• $3.45 million of 3.4% Verizon InterNotes due Nov. 15, 2027;

• $4,757,000 of 3.5% Verizon InterNotes due Nov. 15, 2027;

• $2,762,000 of 4.1% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2028;

• $2.88 million of 4% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2028;

• $2,628,000 of 4.05% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2028;

• $16,515,000 of 3.75% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2029;

• $3,671,000 of 3.55% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2029;

• $2,422,000 if 3.5% Verizon InterNotes due July 15, 2029;

• $3,269,000 of 3.7% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2029; and

• $3,066,000 of 3.65% Verizon InterNotes due Aug. 15, 2029.

The redemption price for each of the notes will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of the note plus accrued interest to the redemption date.
