Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 15 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $1.01 million of 5.25% autocallable yield notes due July 20, 2020 linked to the least performing of the common stocks of AbbVie Inc., McDonald’s Corp. and Verizon Communications Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
Interest is payable monthly.
Beginning April 11, the notes will be called at par if each stock closes at or above its call value, 95% of its initial share price, on any monthly review date other than the final review date.
If each stock finishes at or above its trigger value, 50% of its initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par. Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the least-performing stock.
