Verizon to redeem 13 series of notes due 2029, 2030 at par on July 15

Olympia, Wash., June 15 – Verizon Communications Inc. will redeem several series of its notes due 2029 and 2030 on July 15, according to a press release.

The following notes will be redeemed:

• $2,865,000 of 4.1% Verizon InterNotes due Jan. 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MEF4);

• $1,024,000 of 3.7% Verizon InterNotes due Feb. 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MEH0);

• $2,314,000 of 3.55% Verizon InterNotes due March 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MER8);

• $850,000 of 3.35% Verizon InterNotes due April 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MET4);

• $797,000 of 3.2% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MFB2);

• $1,122,000 of 3.25% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MEV9);

• $1,041,000 of 3.25% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MEX5);

• $515,000 of 3.25% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2029 (Cusip: 92346MEZ0);

• $2,452,000 of 3.95% Verizon InterNotes due Feb. 15, 2030 (Cusip: 92346MBZ3);

• $960,000 of 3.9% Verizon InterNotes due March 15, 2030 (Cusip: 92346MCF6);

• $1,233,000 of 4.05% Verizon InterNotes due May 15, 2030 (Cusip: 92346MCP4);

• $962,000 of 4.1% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2030 (Cusip: 92346MCV1); and

• $1,476,000 of 4.15% Verizon InterNotes due June 15, 2030 (Cusip: 92346MCX7).

The redemption price for each of the notes will be equal to par plus accrued interest.
