Verizon to redeem its 4.6% notes due 2021, 3.125% notes due 2022

New York, May 29 – Verizon Communications Inc. announced it will redeem its $920,044,000 outstanding 4.6% notes due April 1, 2021 (Cusip: 92343VAX2) and $1,255,523,000 outstanding 3.125% notes due March 16, 2022 (Cusip: 92343VDW1) in full on June 29.

The redemption price is based on a make-whole premium of 25 basis points for the 4.6% notes and 20 bps for the 3.125% notes and will also include accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.
