Verizon to redeem its 2.375% notes due 2022, 0.5% notes due 2022

New York, May 15 – Verizon Communications Inc. announced it will redeem its €935,347,000 outstanding 2.375% notes due Feb. 17, 2022 (Cusip: 92343VBV5) and €453,963,000 outstanding 0.5% notes due June 2, 2022 (Cusip: 92343VDH4) in full on June 15.
The redemption price is based on a make-whole premium of 20 basis points for the 2.375% notes and 15 bps for the 0.5% notes and will also include accrued interest to but excluding the redemption date.
Verizon is a New York-based telecommunications company.
