New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 8.5 billion, UDI 950 million of bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., April 30 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8.5 billion and UDI 950 million of bonds in an auction on Monday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8.5 billion of 7¼% Bonos due December 2021. The bonds priced at 99.53667 to yield 7.4%. The demand for these bonds totaled about Ps. 15.74 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for UDI 950 million of 2½% UDI Bonos due December 2020. The bonds priced at 97.07550 to yield 3.67%. The demand for these bonds totaled about UDI 2.02 billion.
