New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 8.5 billion, UDI 600 million of bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., May 16 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8.5 billion and UDI 600 million of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8.5 billion of 6½% Bonos due 2022. The bonds priced at 97.7 to yield 7.04%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 23.37 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for UDI 600 million of 4% UDI Bonos due 2028. The bonds priced at 106.151 to yield 3.36%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 1.35 billion.
