New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 6.5 billion of five-, 20-year bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., March 14 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 6.5 billion of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 4.5 billion of Bondes D with a term of 1,764 days. The bonds priced at 99.19440 for a spread of 19 basis points. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 10.25 billion.
The bank also accepted bids for Ps. 2 billion of 10% 20-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 122.88205 to yield 7.73%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 5.55 billion.
