Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 17 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 12.5 billion of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 4.5 billion of Bondes D with a term of 1,820 days. The bonds priced at 99.05276 for a spread of 22 basis points. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 19.26 billion.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8 billion of 5¾% 10-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 87.86 to yield 7.6%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 12.61 billion.
