New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 9 billion, UDI 800 million of bonds

Morgantown, W.Va., April 5 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 9 billion and UDI 800 million of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 9 billion of 5% Bonos with a term of 1,343 days. The bonds priced at 99.79117 to yield 5.06%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 21.74 billion.
The bank also accepted bids for UDI 800 million of 4% UDI Bonos with a term of 1,162 days. The bonds priced at 105.92895 to yield 2.09%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 1.43 billion.
