New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 9 billion, UDI 800 million of bonds

Columbus, Ohio, March 8 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 9 billion and UDI 800 million of bonds in two tranches in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 9 billion of 5% three-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 99.139 to yield 5¼%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 20.44 billion.
The bank also accepted bids for UDI 800 million of 4% three-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 105.21825 to yield 2.35%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 2.15 billion.
