Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 27 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8 billion of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 5 billion of five-year Bondes D. The bonds priced at 98.96045 for a spread of 23 basis points. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 14.21 billion.
The bank also accepted bids for Ps. 3 billion of 7¾ % 20-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 112.941 to yield 6.56%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 9.13 billion.
