New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 8.5 billion, UDI 750 million of bonds

Columbus, Ohio, Sept. 8 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8.5 billion and UDI 750 million of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8.5 billion of 6½% five-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 104.07 to yield 5.67%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 17.39 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for UDI 750 million of 4½% 10-year UDI Bonos. The bonds priced at 113.388 to yield 2.99%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 1.52 billion.
