New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 12 billion, UDI 500 million of bonds

Tacoma, Wash., July 21 – Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 12 billion and UDI 500 million of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 4 billion of Bondes D with a term of 1,771 days. The bonds priced at 98.93204 for a spread of 23 basis points. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 7.5 billion.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8 billion of 10% 10-year Bonos. The bonds priced at 128.07066 to yield 6.07%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 16.9 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for UDI 500 million of 4% 30-year UDI Bonos. The bonds priced at 107.34 to yield 3.61%. The demand for these bonds totaled UDI 1.32 billion.
