New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 8.5 billion, 800 million UDIs of bonds

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 25 - Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8.5 billion and 800 million UDIs of bonds in an auction on Monday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 8.5 billion of 5% Bonos 5A due June 2017. The bonds priced at 101.41446 to yield 4.63%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 16.33 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for 800 million UDIs of 2% UDI Bonos 10A due June 2022. The bonds priced at 105.1439 to yield 1.41%. The demand for these bonds totaled 1.51 billion UDIs.
