Tacoma, Wash., Aug. 23 - Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 8.75 billion and 600 million UDIs of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 1.25 billion of Bondes D with a term of 1,771 days. The bonds priced at 99.14771 for a "sobretasa" spread of 19 basis points. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 5.9 billion.
The bank accepted bids for Ps. 7.5 billion of 6½% Bonos 10A due June 2021. The bonds priced at 105.376 to yield 5.78%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 14.39 billion.
The bank also accepted bids for 600 million UDIs of 4% UDI Bonos 30A due November 2040. The bonds priced at 115.875 to yield 3.17%. The demand for these bonds totaled 1.53 billion UDIs.
