New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 4.5 billion, 450 million UDIs of bonds

New York, May 10 - Banco de Mexico announced the sale of Ps. 4.5 billion and 450 million UDIs of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 4.5 billion of 8% Bonos 3A due December 2013. The bonds priced at 105.688 to yield 5.65%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 11.69 billion.

The bank also accepted bids for 450 million UDIs of 3½% Udibonos 3A due December 2013. The bonds priced at 104.0001 to yield 1.94%. The demand for these bonds totaled 1.24 billion UDIs.
