Verisure talks €500 million secured notes atop guidance at 9¼% to 9½%; books close Wednesday

By Paul A. Harris

Portland, Ore., Sept. 28 – Verisure Holding AB talked its €500 million offering of senior secured notes due 2027 (B1/B) at par to yield 9¼% to 9½%, according to market sources.

Official talk came on top of initial guidance.

Books were scheduled to close Wednesday.

Goldman Sachs, BofA, JPMorgan, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Morgan Stanley, Nomura and Nordea are leading the sale.

The five-year notes come with two years of call protection.

Verisure, a Versoix, Switzerland, alarm manufacturer and installer, plans to use the proceeds plus balance sheet cash to redeem its 3½% senior secured notes due 2023.
