Verisk Analytics to offer senior notes via two bookrunners

New York, May 8 – Verisk Analytics, Inc. is offering a tranche of senior notes (Baa2//BBB+) via BofA Securities Inc. and Morgan Stanley as joint bookrunning managers of the deal, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call and then are redeemable at par.

The data analytics provider is based in Jersey City, N.J.
