Veolia begins tender offer for €200 million of 4%, 4.375%, 6.75% notes

Madison, Wis., Nov. 12 – Veolia Environnement has launched a tender offer for €200 million of its notes, according to a press release.

The company is tendering for its €900 million 4% notes due February 2016, of which €422.38 million is currently outstanding; its €1.14 billion 4.375% notes due January 2017, of which €616,449,000 is currently outstanding; and its €750 million 6.75% notes due April 2019, the entire amount of which is still outstanding.

The tender offer began on Wednesday.

Veolia is an environmental services provider based in Paris.
