Veolia talks €500 million perpetual notes at 2½%-2 5/8%

Los Angeles, Nov. 8 – Veolia Environnement plans to price €500 million of perpetual notes (Baa3/BB+) with initial price talk in the 2½% to 2 5/8% area, according to a notice.

Natixis, CIC, ING, La Banque Postale, MUFG and SMBC Nikko are the managers.

Veolia is an environmental services provider based in Paris.
