New Issue: Ventura County Community College, Calif., sells $166.1 million of bonds

New York, March 19 – The Ventura County Community College District of California priced $166.1 million of series 2015 general obligation refunding bonds, said a pricing sheet.

The bonds (Aa2/AA/) were sold through Stifel, Nicolaus & Co.

The bonds are due 2015 to 2033 with 2% to 5% coupons and 0.17% to 3.32% yields.

Proceeds will be used to refund existing G.O. bonds.
