New Issue: Ventura County, Calif., hits market with $177.64 million TRANs offering

New York, June 9 – Ventura County, Calif., priced $177,635,000 of series 2016-17 tax and revenue anticipation notes, according to a pricing sheet.

The notes (MIG 1/SP-1+) were sold competitively.

The notes are due July 1, 2017 and have a 2% coupon priced at 101.341 to yield 0.65%.

Proceeds will be used to finance capital expenditures.
