Ventura County, Calif., plans $131 million sale of TRANs for June 2

New York, May 25 - The County of Ventura in California is scheduled to bring to market $131 million in series 2010-11 tax and revenue anticipation notes on June 2, according to a notice of sale.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+/) will be sold on a competitive basis with Fieldman, Rolapp & Associates as the financial adviser.

The notes are due July 1, 2011.

Proceeds from the offering will be used to finance the county's seasonal cash flow requirements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2011.
