Velti: Three named to committee of unsecured creditors

Charlotte, N.C., Nov. 13 - Velti Inc.'s committee of unsecured creditors was appointed by region 3 U.S. trustee Roberta A. DeAngelis, according to documents filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.
Named to the committee were: Aram Meade with T-Mobile USA, Inc. located in Bellevue, Wash., Juliette Morrow Campbell with Sprint Nextel Corp. located in Lone Tree, Colo., and Jesper Helt of Pleasanton, Calif.
Based in London, Velti plc provides mobile software platforms, applications and services for operators and advertising agencies in southeastern Europe, the United Kingdom and the United States. The U.S. operations filed for bankruptcy on Nov. 4 under Chapter 11 case number 13-12878.
