Acqua Wellington decreases stake to less than 5% in Vector Intersect

Philadelphia, Oct. 30 - Acqua Wellington North American Equities, Ltd. decreased its investment to below 5% in Vector Intersect Security Acquisition Corp. as of Oct. 22, according to an SC 13G/A filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

Those holdings are down from the passive stake of 5%, or 472,000 shares, that Acqua Wellington reported on Aug. 16, 2007, according to an earlier SC 13G filing.

Located in Ridgefield Park, N.J., Vector Intersect is a blank check company designed to effect mergers, capital stock exchanges, asset acquisitions and other business combinations.
