Fitch Ratings said it reviewed the ratings of several Argentine financial institutions and either upgraded or affirmed their ratings. This review follows the recent upgrade of Argentina’s rating by Fitch, the agency said.

The agency upgraded the following institutions to CCC from CC: Banco de la Nacion Argentina, Banco Santander Rio SA, Banco Macro SA and its senior secured rating, Banco BBVA Argentina SA and Tarjeta Naranja SA and its senior unsecured rating.

Fitch affirmed the CCC rating of Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
