Vasomedical faces Nasdaq delisting

New York, May 2 - Vasomedical, Inc. said it received a notice warning that it will be delisted from the Nasdaq Capital Market on May 9.

The letter cited the company's failure to comply with the minimum bid price requirement.

Vasomedical, a Westbury, N.Y., maker of heart therapy devices, said it will decide whether to request a hearing with the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Panel or whether to apply for immediate listing on the OTC Bulletin Board.
