Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires to redeem $90.1 million notes Feb. 22

Madison, Wis., Feb. 16 - Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA gave notice that it will redeem the $90,115,326 of capitalized interest from its dollar-denominated notes due 2019 on Feb. 22.

The redemption corresponds to capitalized interest that accrued from Jan. 1, 2004 to Dec. 31, 2010 and also includes accrued interest up to the redemption date.

As previously reported, the payment was originally scheduled to be made on Jan. 1, 2014.

The Bank of New York Mellon is the trustee.

Banco de Galicia is a Buenos Aires-based bank.
