Moody's upgrades Pan American Energy, Pecom

Moody's Investors Service upgraded the long-term foreign currency ratings of Pan American Energy LLC and Pecom Energia SA to Caa1 from Ca. The outlook is stable.

Moody's said the upgrades are in conjunction with its upgrade of Argentina's foreign currency ratings to Caa1 from Ca.

Moody's upgrades Banco Rio de la Plata, BBVA Banco Frances, Citibank Argentina

Moody's Investors Service upgraded the foreign-currency senior debt of Banco Rio de la Plata SA, BBVA Banco Frances SA and Citibank, NA (Argentina Branch) to Caa1 from Ca and confirmed the foreign currency debt of Banco Hipotecario SA and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires SA at Ca.

Moody's said the action follows the upgrade of its foreign currency country ceiling for Argentina's bonds and notes to Caa1.
