New Issue: Banco de Credito e Inversiones sells $500 million 4% notes due 2023 at 212.5 bps spread

Atlanta, Feb. 7 - Chile's Banco de Credito e Inversiones SA priced $500 million 4% 10-year notes (A1/A/) at 99.275 to yield Treasuries plus 212.5 basis points, a market source said.
Citigroup, HSBC and JPMorgan were the bookrunners for the Rule 144A and Regulation S deal.
The proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The issuer is a lender based in Santiago, Chile.
