Chicago, Jan. 3 – Banco de Credito e Inversiones placed its first Formosa bond in the Taiwan market in the form of a $133 million five-year note with a 1.885% coupon (A-), according to a press release from Bci as the issuer is more familiarly called.
The placement was structured by Credit Agricole and Standard Chartered, with listing on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and in Taipei.
The Santiago-based bank specializes in savings and deposits, securities brokerage, asset management and insurance.
