New York, Dec. 6 – Brazil’s Banco Daycoval SA expects to hold a stabilization period for a dollar-denominated benchmark offering of five-year notes (//BB- (expected)), according to a company filing with the London Stock Exchange.

The stabilization period was expected to start Friday and end no later than Jan. 13.

The stabilization managers have a 5% over-allotment option.
