Van Kampen Unit Trusts, Municipal series 1025 registers units

San Diego, Oct. 25 - Van Kampen Unit Trusts, Municipal series 1025 has registered units of its series 136 Investment-Grade Municipal Trust, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Houston-based Van Kampen Funds Inc.

The trust invests in a portfolio of tax-exempt municipal bonds and seeks to provide federal tax-exempt income and preservation of capital.

As of Oct. 25, the principal amount of bonds in the trust is $11.53 million, or $931.27 per each of 12,381 units. The net asset value is $942.21 per unit.

The estimated current return is 4.55%, and the estimated long-term return is 4.43%.

Each unit will have a sales charge of 4.9%. Sales charge reductions are available for large quantity purchases.
