Van Kampen Unit Trusts series 1156 stocks have 'attractive' dividends

San Diego, Oct. 24 - Van Kampen Unit Trusts, series 1156 has registered units of its series S&P Dividend Sustainability Portfolio 2011-4, according to an S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Houston-based Van Kampen Funds Inc.

The trust seeks to provide an above average capital appreciation by investing in a portfolio of stocks derived from the S&P's 500 Dividend Aristocrats index that have an "attractive" dividend coverage.

As of Oct. 24, the trust has $149,359 of contracts to purchase securities. The 15,087 units each have a public offering price of $10.00 and a net asset value of $9.585.

The estimated net annual income is $0.2195 per unit.

Each unit will have a maximum sales charge of 3.95%, comprised of a 1% initial sales charge, a 2.45% deferred sales charge and a 0.5% creation and development fee.

The trust has a mandatory termination date of Oct. 21, 2013.
