By Toni Weeks

San Diego, Oct. 18 - Van Kampen Unit Trusts, series 1155 has registered units of its Dividend Income and Value Portfolio 2011-4, according to a form S-6 amendment filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The depositor is Houston-based Van Kampen Funds Inc.

The trust seeks an attractive level of dividend income with potential for capital appreciation and seeks to achieve its objective by investing in a portfolio of undervalued, dividend-paying stocks.

The selection process for the stocks begins with all stocks in the S&P 500 index. The top 25 stocks are then chosen based on the company's rating from Standard & Poor's, which must be A- or higher, its market value, which must be $5.00 per share or higher, and whether its free cash flow over the most recent 12 months is positive. Each stock must be rated "Buy" or "Strong Buy" according to the I/B/E/S consensus analyst recommendation and must be in an industry group rated "Hold," "Buy" or "Strong Buy" in S&P's Stock Appreciation Ranking System. A stock is excluded if the company is the target of a business acquisition that will close within six months.

On the Oct. 18 inception date, the trust is comprised of $147,372 principal amount of bonds consisting of 14,887 units, each with a $9.555 net asset value per unit.

Each $10.00 unit may incur a maximum sales charge of 3.95%. The estimated net annual income is $0.28976 per unit. Distributions will be paid quarterly.

The trust has a mandatory termination date of Oct. 15, 2013.
