New Issue: UBS sells $350,000 trigger performance notes on Vanguard FTSE EM ETF

Morgantown, W.Va., July 30 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $350,000 of 0% trigger performance securities due Aug. 1, 2023 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

If the final share price is greater than the initial share price, the payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 115.80829% of the ETF’s return. Investors will receive par if the final share price is less than the initial share price but greater than or equal to the trigger level, 80% of the initial share price. If the final share price is less than the trigger level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the final share price is less than the initial share price.
