New Issue: UBS sells $1.84 million trigger gears on Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets

Morgantown, W.Va., May 1 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $1.84 million of 0% trigger gears due April 28, 2023 linked to the Vanguard FTSE Emerging Markets exchange-traded fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10 plus 1.185 times any ETF gain.
Investors will receive par if the ETF falls by up to 25% and will be fully exposed to any losses if the ETF finishes below the 75% downside threshold level.
